About Lumber Ishii

Lumber Ishii is a family owned business located in Hyogo Prefecture, Akashi City, Japan. We originally started as a lumber yard in 1913, but have since expanded into real estate development. In 2023 we completed construction of a second apartment building near Nishi-Shimmachi station of the Sanyo Railway. In the local area we also have numerous apartment rentals, parking lots, and storage garages available. Recently, we went through a reorganization of our business model and our office has been moved. As such, we are not open for walk-in, but we are available by reservation during normal business hours Monday through Saturday. Please see the contact page for contact information.
